What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. There is a 5 calendar day window for returns. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
There’s an item I’ve seen advertised but it isn’t online. How can I buy it?
Not every item is for sale on our retail site. Some items are exclusive to our Trade Program Partners. Contact your local Home Furnishings Retailer or Interior Designer to inquire about items not shown here.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Most items ship free!
I found it cheaper elsewhere. Will you price match?
By all means support your local retailer or designer & save yourself some money! We suggest you take advantage of any sale or deal you find & buy it! It is a WIN-WIN!
Do you offer custom colors?
Lots of items come in multiple colors, however all items are as shown. We do not offer custom colors.
